HGPS Newsletter Committee Seeking Contributions….

The newsletter welcomes contributions and feedback from members. Please keep us posted on your professional activities and thoughts. If you come across something interesting, please consider sharing with your fellow members via the newsletter.

Group Therapy Treatment Modalities and Research:  Beginning with this issue, all upcoming editions of our newsletter will feature professional and topical information related to current and new current and new therapeutic modalities being used in group therapy as well as current research on the topic.  If there is a treatment modality you use and have found helpful, or one you are curious about, please let us know so that we can include information about it in an upcoming edition of the newsletter.

Members Matter:  Please let us on the newsletter committee know your professional development news so that we can share with our readership your news if you:

-graduate

-get licensed or certified

-make/made a presentation

-have a publication

-get a professional award

-read a new book or journal article on a Group Therapy related topic that you found interesting and would like to share info about with the membership

-attend a training or workshop that you found enlightening

Caring for the Caregiver:  HGPS members are invited to share the many varied and unique ways that they, as individuals, find helpful, nurturing, and supportive in their own self care journeys.  We all have much to learn from each other.  We invite your input and hope you will considering contributing your story to the newsletter.

General Contributions can be sent to Donna Nance or Rachel Eddins.

Thank you!

Please note:  HGPS Newsletter does not accept or run advertisements, nor do we announce new or established groups in the newsletter.  Group Scoop, on the HGPS website, is the location designated to serve this function.  We encourage HGPS members to contact the HGPS Administrator, Caryn Botes for more information regarding Group Scoop.
