Join like-minded teens (14-18) facing similar struggles and pressures for an engaging group designed to ignite your passion, deepen your connection to others and give you tangible solutions to everyday problems on and off your mat. We get into our bodies to discover new possibilities via Yoga, mindfulness and real human connection.
